BEing Vision Mastery

The course, titled "Being Vision Mastery," focuses on self-reflection, personal development, and taking action towards one's goals. It emphasizes understanding the concept of "being" as always present, observable, and shiftsteacher. Participants are encouraged to examine their thoughts and language, as these elements shape reality and influence actions and results. Key takeaways from the course include: 1. **Being Movement**: We're always "being" something, and we can observe and shift our state of being. This influences our language and subsequent actions. 2. **Vision Creation**: Using formulas like the "Z Strategy" from Landmark (clean slate, creation of vision, creating a space, and enrolling others) and "Digital Hub Strategy" borrowed from Steve Jobs' approach at Apple, participants learn to create a compelling future and integrated approaches in personal and professional life. 3. **Capacity and Action**: Understanding one’s capacity for action and making conscious efforts to align actions with goals. Hearing the story of Tony Robbins demanding massive action from the speaker, which led to a transformative moment and a commitment to unwavering action towards dreams. 4. **Morning Routine**: Establishing a routine that helps start the day positively, including mirror work for self-love, reviewing accomplishments, setting goals, and aligning with one's purpose and talents. 5. **Unuseful Thoughts**: Identifying limiting beliefs and unproductive thought patterns, then finding new, supportive language to use instead. 6. **Handling Stress and Setbacks**: Reflecting on how one reacts to stressful situations and consciously choosing a different approach for the future. 7. **80/20 Rule**: Identifying the most impactful ideas from the course and focusing on the top ones to prioritize and act upon after the class ends. Throughout the course, participants engage in various exercises to apply these principles practically, like creating a comprehensive resume of past achievements and future aspirations, contemplating their life's purpose, and discussing strategies for transforming challenging emotions and thoughts. Participants are invited to share their experiences and insights in breakout sessions, providing peer support and opportunities to learn from one other's perspectives. At the end of the course, they are encouraged to consider their primary takeaways and establish a plan to integrate these concepts into their daily lives to make meaningful progress toward their objectives.
